Each era brings four unique cocktails: The Past until March 31, 2024, The Present from April to June 2024, and The Future from July to September 2024. The brunch offers a semi-buffet showcasing tempting appetizers and desserts, for the main course we have a range of seafood dishes as well as a free-flow BBQ for meat options.

    Wine Corkage (Indoor Dining): $600 per standard bottle (750ml).
    Roofbar: No corkage is allowed.
    Cake Charge: $150 per cake
    Cancellation Policy: Advance payment is required to process the reservation.
    Advance payment is only refundable and changeable up to 24 hours prior to the reservation.
    Refunds are subject to 5% processing fee.
    Dress Code: Smart casual.
    We respectfully request no bare feet, in-room slippers, or flip-flops for all guests at SKYE.
